Department of Homeland Security to Retire Privacy Act System of Records Notice

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to retire its Privacy Act system of records notice, Treasury/CS.123 Injury Notice, and instead rely on the Department of Labor's Government-wide system of records notice, which covers all Federal workers' compensation programs, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
