Department of Homeland Security Proposes Retirement of Privacy Act Systems

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to retire certain Privacy Act systems of records, including the Treasury/CS.190 Personnel Case File, and rely on a government-wide system of records notice issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to cover all Federal equal employment opportunity programs.
