U.S. Adopts Final Rule for Duty-Free Provisions of HOPE I and II Acts

The U.S. government has adopted a final rule to implement duty-free provisions of the Haitian Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership Encouragement (HOPE I) Act of 2006 and the HOPE II Act of 2008, with some changes to interim amendments published in 2007.
