U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Review Piping Plover Populations Under Endangered Species Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is launching a 5-year review of piping plover populations along the Atlantic Coast, Great Lakes, and Northern Great Plains to determine if they should be classified as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
