US EPA Proposes Time-Limited Pesticide Tolerance for Chlorantraniliprole

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a time-limited pesticide tolerance for chlorantraniliprole, allowing its residues on various crops, including cowpeas, peanuts, and soybeans, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). The proposed tolerance expires on April 25, 2010.
