US Extends Temporary Protected Status for El Salvador Nationals for 18 Months
The US Department of Homeland Security has extended the temporary protected status (TPS) for El Salvador nationals for 18 months, from March 9, 2009, to September 9, 2010, requiring re-registration with USCIS and application for employment authorization documents (EADs) within a 90-day period.
