NRCS Announces Intent to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Odessa Subarea Special Study Project in Washington State

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Washington State Office, in collaboration with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) and the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), plans to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Odessa Subarea Special Study Project, which aims to install a buried pipeline irrigation system to provide surface water irrigation to specific cultivated lands in the Study Area, replacing groundwater irrigation.
