HUD Solicits Comments on Proposed FHA-Insured Mortgage Loan Servicing Information Collection

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection requirement for FHA-insured mortgage loan servicing, which includes MIP processing, escrow administration, customer service, and servicing fees. The proposal will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
