EPA Submits Renewal of NESHAP for Carbon Black, Ethylene, Cyanide, and Spandex Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Emissions Standards (NESHAP) for Carbon Black, Ethylene, Cyanide, and Spandex, which is set to expire on a certain date, and is requesting public comment on the proposed renewal.
