Plant Records to Include Grade Label Butterfat Testing Delayed Until Further Notice

The effective date of the January 16, 2025, final rule on plant records for the USDA's Dairy Grading and Inspection Program has been postponed, allowing for in-house or third-party butterfat testing and record-keeping requirements to take effect
