Comment Request: NIH-Survey of Physicians Attitudes Regarding the Care of Cancer Survivors (SPARCCS)

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is requesting public comment on a new information collection, the NIH-Survey of Physicians Attitudes Regarding the Care of Cancer Survivors (SPARCCS), to gather data on primary care physicians' and cancer specialists' beliefs, knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding cancer survivor care. The NIH submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
