Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations Based Upon a Systematic Review of the CCL

The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) are being updated to reflect changes resulting from a thorough review of the Commerce Control List (CCL) conducted by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), starting in 2007, with input from technical advisory committees and public comments.
