EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemical Receipt and Review Under TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report on the receipt and review of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and test marketing exemptions (TMEs) for new chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The report covers the period from August 18, 2008, to September 12, 2008, and includes PMNs and TMEs that were previously omitted from a previous report.
