EPA Extends Comment Period for North Carolina Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for proposed revisions to North Carolina's Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Nonattainment New Source Review permitting regulations, which aim to address changes to federal regulations and update ozone standards, until November 10, 2008.
