U.S. Copyright Office to Exempt Certain Works from Circumvention Prohibition

The U.S. Copyright Office is seeking public comments on a rulemaking proceeding to determine if certain classes of works are adversely affected by the prohibition on circumventing access control technologies, in order to potentially exempt them from this prohibition.
