Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Drawbridge Operation Regulations at Atlantic City, NJ
The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to modify the drawbridge operation rules for the Route 30 Bridge, spanning the Intracoastal Waterway at mile 67.2 near Beach Thorofare in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to increase efficiency. The proposed changes would enable the drawbridge to open on signal every hour during peak summer travel periods and operate on advance notice during other times.
