Submission for OMB Review: Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking review of an expiring information collection, 'Claim for Unpaid Compensation of Deceased Civilian Employee', to ensure it continues to serve its purpose in collecting information from beneficiaries of deceased Federal civilian employees and their families.
