Department of Labor Proposes Extension of OMB Approval for Employment Collection Requirements

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of OMB approval for the Employment of Apprentices, Messengers and Learners information collection, which includes forms WH-205 and WH-209, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
