EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision for DFW Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for the Dallas/Fort Worth moderate 1997 8-hour ozone nonattainment area, including motor vehicle emissions budgets and a revised 2002 Base Year Emission Inventory.
