FSIS Requests Extension of Consumer Complaint Monitoring System and Food Safety Mobile Questionnaire Information Collection

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking an extension of its approved information collection for the Consumer Complaint Monitoring System web portal and the electronic Food Safety Mobile questionnaire, which is set to expire, and invites public comments on the request.
