EPA Issues Control Techniques Guidelines for Five Group IV Product Categories

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that control techniques guidelines for five Group IV product categories will be as effective as national regulations in reducing volatile organic compounds emissions, and is issuing guidelines in lieu of regulations for these categories, including miscellaneous metal products coatings, plastic parts coatings, auto and light-duty truck assembly coatings, fiberglass boat manufacturing materials, and miscellaneous industrial adhesives.
