Bureau of Transportation Statistics Seeks Public Comment on International Civil Aviation Organization Data Collection

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is requesting public comment on the need and usefulness of collecting supplemental data for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as part of its treaty obligations to provide financial and traffic reports to ICAO.
