New York Stock Exchange Grants Approval for Rule Change Allowing Waiver of Good Standing for American Stock Exchange Members

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has granted approval for a proposed rule change that allows members in good standing of the American Stock Exchange LLC to be waived into the NYSE as members and member organizations, effective immediately.
