OSM Announces Information Collection Request for Surface Mining Permit Applications

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for review and comment from the Office of Management and Budget regarding the collection of information related to surface mining permit applications, including reclamation and operation plans, as outlined in 30 CFR part 780.
