Restrictions on Joint Bidders for Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The Minerals Management Service has restricted joint bidders for Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales from November 1, 2008, through April 30, 2009, due to the joint bidding provisions of 30 CFR 256.41, as outlined in the List of Restricted Joint Bidders published in the Federal Register on April 22, 2008.
