Delay of Effective Date and Request for Information: User Fees - Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection Services

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has delayed the removal of an exemption to the commercial aircraft user fee for small commercial passenger aircraft from April 1, 2025, to June 2, 2025. The exemption was originally scheduled to take effect on April 1, 2025, as part of the user fee regulations for the agricultural quarantine and inspection program.
