EPA Grants Lockheed Martin Exclusion from Hazardous Waste List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company's petition to exclude 90 cubic yards per year of sludge from its wastewater treatment plant in Fort Worth, Texas from the list of hazardous wastes, citing a non-hazardous classification after analysis with the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS).
