National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program Removes Separate Category for Certain Vaccines

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has removed the category for vaccines containing live, oral, rhesus-based rotavirus from the Vaccine Injury Table, citing that no persons have claims that could be pursued under this category due to the applicable statute of limitations and the limited application to vaccines administered before August 26, 2002.
