National Indian Gaming Commission Withdraws Proposed Classification Standards for Class II Games

The National Indian Gaming Commission has withdrawn its proposed Classification standards for Class II games, including bingo and lotto, published in the Federal Register on October 24, 2007, in response to public feedback and concerns.
