HUD Adopts Changes to Mortgagee Review Board Regulations

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized rule changes to its Mortgagee Review Board (MRB) regulations, clarifying statutory directives and updating procedures for hearings, in response to public comments received on a proposed rule published in 2008.
