Department of the Army Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Fort Carson, CO

The Department of the Army has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the deployment of a new Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) and smaller combat support units at Fort Carson, Colorado, as well as potential future deployment of a Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB).
