The National Toxicology Program (NTP) is seeking public comments on a draft background document for cobalt-tungsten carbide powders and hard metals, with a public meeting scheduled for December 9-10, 2008, to review the document and make a recommendation on its listing status in the 12th Edition of the Report on Carcinogens (RoC)
