US Department of Agriculture to Increase Membership on Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board

The Department of Agriculture is adjusting the representation on the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, established under the 1985 Beef Promotion and Research Act, to reflect changes in cattle inventories and imports since the last reapportionment in 2005, resulting in a 2-member increase to 106 members, effective with appointments starting in early 2009.
