Request for Comments on Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act Provisions

The Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the Treasury are seeking public comments on issues under sections 101 through 104 of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, following inquiries from the public on these provisions.
