GAO Contract Appeals Board Rules of Procedure Take Effect

The Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board's final rules of procedure, published in the Federal Register on June 26, 2008, will govern all contract appeals filed on or after October 1, 2007, superseding the interim rules.
