U.S. Department of the Interior to Codify National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Procedures in Regulations

The U.S. Department of the Interior is amending its regulations to standardize procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, aligning with Executive Orders 11514 and 13352, and the Council on Environmental Quality's (CEQ) regulations, to enhance public engagement and conservation efforts.
