Navy Amends Certifications and Exemptions for Unmanned Surface Vehicles

The US Navy is updating its regulations to exempt certain Unmanned Surface Vehicles from the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, due to their unique design and purpose, in order to prevent interference with their naval functions.
