U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Subsequent Arrangement for Uranium Transfer to Euratom and Canada

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a notice under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, regarding a proposed subsequent arrangement for the retransfer of uranium from McMaster University in Canada to CERCA in France for repair, with the material to be returned to Canada, and the arrangement taking effect 15 days after publication.
