US Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Lake Ralph Hall Water Supply Reservoir in Texas

The US Army Corps of Engineers has determined that a permit for the construction of Lake Ralph Hall, a 7,605-acre water supply reservoir in Fannin County, Texas, may have a significant impact on the environment and will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the effects of the project.
