SEC Approves Amendment to Regulatory Responsibilities Plan for US Stock Exchanges

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved an amendment to a plan that allocates regulatory responsibilities among major stock exchanges, including the American Stock Exchange LLC, Boston Stock Exchange, Inc., and NASDAQ OMX PHLX, Inc., in relation to options market surveillance.
