CDC Updates Medical Screening Process for Aliens

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has published an Interim Final Rule to correct an omission in the regulations governing medical examinations for aliens seeking entry into the United States, as previously updated on October 6, 2008 (73 FR 58047).
