4W Ranch Seeks Permit for Conservation Agreement for Endangered Species

The 4W Ranch has applied to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a permit to implement a conservation agreement for four endangered species, including the Black-Tailed Prairie Dog, Mountain Plover, Burrowing Owl, and Ferruginous Hawk, on its 4W Ranch property in Wyoming.
