Tomatoes Grown In Florida; Increased Assessment Rate

The Florida Tomato Committee would increase the assessment rate for tomatoes grown in Florida from $0.0325 to $0.0375 per 25-pound carton, starting from the 2008-09 fiscal period, to fund the marketing program. The new rate would remain in effect until it is modified, suspended, or terminated.
