HUD Proposes Amendment to Housing Counseling System of Records
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is proposing to modify one of its system of records, the Housing Counseling System Client Activity Reporting System (HCS/CAR), to include new capabilities and expand its use for research and evaluation purposes.
