EPA Grants Limited Approval of Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia, which aims to improve air quality in nonattainment areas, primarily through the regulation of new industrial sources.
