Notice of Availability of Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement and Proposed Land Use Plan Amendment for the Proposed Sunrise Powerlink Project

The Bureau of Land Management and the California Public Utilities Commission have released a Final Environmental Impact Report and Proposed Land Use Plan Amendment for the Sunrise Powerlink Project, a proposed power transmission line by San Diego Gas & Electric Company, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
