EPA Approves Texas Low-Emission Diesel Fuel Program Revisions to Reduce NOx Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved three revisions to Texas' State Implementation Plan, which will enhance the state's Low-Emission Diesel Fuel Program and lead to a reduction in nitrogen oxide emissions in the affected area.
