Forest Service to Resume Revision of Land Management Plan for National Forests in Mississippi

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service is resuming the preparation of a revised land management plan for Mississippi's national forests, following the implementation of a new planning rule in 2008, which lifted a 2005 injunction that had halted the process.
