Department of Education Publishes New System of Records for Special Education Personnel Development Program

The Department of Education has published a new system of records to track personnel development for special education programs, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA). This system aims to improve special education services for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities.
