USERRA Rights Notice to be Consolidated and Updated

The Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) is updating the USERRA rights notice to eliminate outdated references and consolidate the text for federal and non-federal agency employers, in response to the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004 (VBIA) and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA)
